Processing of notes for Upheal video sessions is delayed.

The notes processing is working as expected now. There was a short disruption at our video-conferencing vendor recording at 15:04 UTC and resulted in loosing first couple of minutes of the sessions recording which started at ~15:00 UTC. This won't have a relevant impact on resulting notes. We will be reaching out individually if there is any impact on any note.
