We experienced short outage (~3 mins) at 17:00 UTC. Everything points out to a wider disruption in underlying AWS infrastructure affecting more services and application on the internet. We continue investigation and analyzing whether there is more protection we can add on our end for these situations.

During this period, users couldn’t login to the app, initiate calls or do integration API calls.

There was a widespread issue in AWS cloud infrastructure which likely affected our service too. We are looking into more details.
